Executive Chef, Jonathan Stewart, together with his Culinary Team has established a reputation for exceptional taste, quality and presentation. Offering a unique blend of creative and operational strengths, Jonathan’s passion for seasonal menus focused on local and sustainable products has proven successful at the many high profile events held at the Quality Hotel and Conference Centre Abbotsford, including Ducks Unlimited, Abbotsford Hospice, Farm Credit Canada, Agaware and Crystal Gala.
Jonathan received his Red Seal Certificate of qualification and apprenticeship in the trade of cooking from Vancouver Community College in 1997. He is passionate about the Ramada’s apprenticeship program teaching the next generation more than just cooking good food. Jon and his team foster and nurture a positive culture committed to continual growth and improvement so we are able to offer the very best in quality for our guests while gaining recognition and respect for our approach to food and the team we develop for the future.
