We are proud of the events we have been able to host at the Quality Hotel and Conference Centre Abbotsford. Our facilities boast over 24,000 square feet of combined meeting and exhibit space. Nine separate banquet rooms and our 6,200 square foot Grand Pinnacle Ballroom that can accommodate up to 720 guests reception style.

Our 6,240 square foot Pinnacle Ballroom provides grace and grandeur, completely free of columns and elegantly lit by beautiful chandeliers. Uniquely set up so that it can be split into four different spaces, it offers clientele the opportunity to run concurrent sessions during their conference. The Ballroom also provides state of the art technology from a built in PA system, configurable stage pieces complimented by our in house Audio Visual equipment.
For smaller meeting options, we offer four additional meeting rooms. Our Mt Baker room, located in the conference centre, is perfect for small breakouts and dinners with floor to ceiling windows and a large fire place that lights up the room. On the hotel side, we have our Apex Boardroom, a cherry wood table that sits 16 people, with a built in bar, lounge seating and 46” TV, perfect for board retreats and conference hospitality suites. Our Summit and Valley rooms can also be used as small meeting rooms and/or breakout rooms and can accommodate up to 42 people in meeting room set up.
